Murder at Blackhead

Murder at Blackhead is set in WWII and depicts the story of a local girl Isabel and how she was duped into marrying a German spy. His intent is to disrupt the supply line between North America and Europe during the war. The book details the Nazi involvement in the Knights of Columbus fire in St. John’s, Newfoundland in December 1942. Many American, Canadian and British soldiers and women lost their lives in the dreadful fire. It’s a novel of espionage, murder, tragedy and betrayal.
